Privacy policy

Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request through our calculator, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (if provided)
• Your sign configuration details (product type, size, quantity, add-ons selected)
• Any notes you include with your request

We also measure how the site itself is used, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. What gets recorded is the page, which step of the calculator was reached, whether a quote request was sent, and whether a phone number was tapped. It exists so we can see where the calculator loses people and fix it. It cannot be tied back to a person.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and respond to your quote requests
• Contact you about your order
• Improve our website and pricing tools

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in to receive them.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services:

• Postmark: delivers your quote request from this site to the print desk. Postmark's privacy policy applies to that message in transit.
• Vercel: hosts the site and provides the cookieless usage measurement described above. Vercel's privacy policy applies to server logs and to that measurement.

Data Retention

We retain quote request data for as long as needed to fulfill the request and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of analytics tracking by using browser privacy settings or ad blockers

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The usage measurement described above is cookieless, there are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels, which is why you are not asked to accept anything when you arrive.
