Real estate sign prices in
Ajax
Ajax sits between Pickering and Whitby along the Lake Ontario shoreline and Highway 401 corridor, with active listing markets in Westney Heights, South Ajax, Riverside, and Nottingham.
For sale lawn signs and open house sandwich boards are among the most commonly ordered products for Ajax listings, where sidewalk and curb visibility is key to attracting buyer traffic.
Signing a listing in Ajax
Ajax is laid out on a grid off Harwood Avenue and Westney Road, which makes it one of the easier places in Durham to sign a listing. Buyers coming off the 401 reach most of Westney Heights, Riverside and Nottingham in two turns, so a single well placed directional usually covers the route.
South Ajax and the lakeshore streets are the exception, where the road pattern bends around the waterfront parks and the grid stops helping. Listings down there earn a second directional, and agents working the Pickering border regularly cover both municipalities in one order.
A True Sign job in Ajax
Three printed pieces on one frame
A header panel, a feature rider above it and a coming soon strip across the header, printed as three separate pieces and hung on one frame. The strip is an overlay, which is the cheapest thing on the price list, and it is how a listing changes status without a new sign.
Printed in Oshawa by True Sign Group and photographed on location. The prices on this page cover the printing and the hardware. True Sign installs as well, which is how this photograph exists, but putting the sign in the ground is not priced here.

Getting signs to Ajax
- Ajax is inside the Durham delivery area served directly from the Oshawa shop rather than shipped in from the GTA.
- Stepstake directionals are $25 each, and two of them is still less than the cost of a buyer missing the turn.
- Two of the same lawn sign price at $75 each, useful when one listing needs a sign at the house and a second at the entrance to a crescent.
- Ajax agents covering listings near the Pickering border benefit from a single sign order covering both municipalities, with flat-rate delivery to any address in Durham Region.
